93 with rebuilt 4.0 having overheating issues

Has a rebuilt 4.0 with a new radiator, new water pump, new thermostat, new fan clutch, new hoses and have blown out bugs and dirt out of Ac condenser and tranny cooler! It is not losing coolant or needing any added to it it just overheats when climbing a long grade or with the AC on and moving slow in rush hour traffic! Any ideas or suggestions on what I may be overlooking? Thanks

And I checked to see if there was oil in cooling system or coolant in the oil and there is none so I dont think the head gasket is bad. Not to mention it runs great!

Try running it with no thermostat.

Did that also had to put it back in due to a cold spell and barely any heat inside.
