93 GC Noise from front wheel
Went to the park the other day (during snow storm). Parked the car, when I came back I kicked the built up snow from around the wheels and mud (snow) flaps. Driving home I noticed a "grinding" kind of noise from the front drivers wheel area. Thought it might be snow rubbing.. Yesterday was above freezing all day and all snow melted from around and under the jeep. The noise is still there, just a kind of intermittent "grinding" noise. Any ideas what it could be? The bearings? Just seems to be coming from one wheel (front left). Best to just take it to a mechanic and have them check it out?

You don't say, but 4x4? I6? could be CV axle, check the rubber sleeve for cracks. If its busted - the grease has been slung out and you will need a new axle.
