93 5.2 Shaking on Startup

Greetings everyone,

For a while I've been chasing an on again off again problem with my Jeep 93, 5.2L 141k miles. From time to time it will struggle to start and shake aggressively, after driving it for a little while it'll smooth out. Sometimes it will repeat on the next start and other times it won't. This happens regardless of AC usage So far I have:

Replaced spark plugs, wires and distributor cap.
Replaced Fuel Filter
Changed out the engine oil and replaced the filter
Made sure the air intake hose from the air filter is firmly attached to the engine.

I do not believe this is death wobble as you do not have to be driving for this symptom to occur.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in Advance!

Hmm, might have something to do with exhaust?
Check your o2 sensor?
Try seafoaming the engine?
Run some lucos oil through the fuel?
Maybe doin' that may help
