7 inch lift

I just got a full 7 inch lift from a friend of my and was wondering how hard is it to do a three link in the front?

Define lift? Coils and shocks? Rear long arms?

If I remember correctly 3 links have a lot of clearance issues on the zj, most people do radius arms. Pirate or mallcrawlin would have more info.

I got coils, rear upper and lower arms and the front three link arms.
