5.9 Radiator Hoses

Hey I just bought a 1998 5.9l ZJ and the owner before had replaced the water pump, radiator, and hoses. He replaced the stock hoses with ones from a 5.2l and so I don't have any coolant temp sensors for my cooling fan. Just curious if anyone knows where I can get the "T" connector and what kind of switches I need so I can just splice into my hoses and get it running. If I can't find the "T"s for a good price I am just going to put on a Flex-a-lite on and bypass the switches and factory set up. Any suggestions on a model of flex-a-lite if I am not able to find any "T"s or switches? Part numbers would be great for the sensors too if anyone has those on hand. Thanks fellow ZJ'ers
