5.5 inch lift

ok i changed my mind about the lift i was gonna do only 3 inches. Now ive decided to go with a 5.5in. Questions, what are all the componants i beed for everything to be good and straight and ride right and what are the biggest tires i can put on it? Thanks...oh yea its a 99GC limited

There is no rear trackbar...extended brake lines you'll need for sure...I am thinking about them at 4"...

3" will ride VERY differently then 5.5" btw...

All that is correct minus the extended brake lines since it s a WJ. If you want it safe, consider replacing the front lower, front upper and rear control arms along with quick disconnect sway bars. Add an aftermarket steering stabalizer (OME) and shocks and you are good to go.

With 5.5, you are going to be at the absolute max you can go without a long-arm kit.

2000 WJ 4.0 @ 4.5" Rusty's 2.5 coils, Teraflex 2" spacers,
Rancho 9000 shocks, OME SS,
Rusty's adjustable track bar , full 3"
exhaust and BFG All- Terrain
265/75/16's.

At 4" I would do extended brake lines...I had to disconnect one of the clips holding my rear brake lines to the A-arm because they were being pulled against at max drop and my fronts are damn close to being too short.
