46rh behind a 4.0l
Will a 46rh fit behind a 4.0l? Reason I ask is making plans for a stroker, and wondering if the tranny should be upgraded.
93 red ZJ 190k 4.0. Spent more money than I should have ...
Isn't red the only color a vehicle should be?
If at first you don't succeed, use more speed.
You can rebuild and upgrade the 42RE. A shift kit and a good oil pump go a long way. I've also heard that it can be rebuilt with the more reliable 44RE internals, but don't know this personally.
2003 WJ in Jeep Green Metallic, 4.0/242/4.10's. 4" Teraflex springs w/ RE monotube shocks and IRO short arms, cheap intake w/ amsoil filter, 2.5" hi flow cat and back exhaust, lots of lights and other misc crap.
