I was considering 3 or 3.5" and maybe put the BB on too.

so you plan on doing 4in coils plus a 2in BB for 6in of lift? you'll need more than just adj control arms and a adj tbar. this setup is not recomended i think KramerH runs it though

i agree with Apollo a 6" kit is needed. these are very picky over 3-4"s.

I have ran one for about a year or two now. It has been fine. I have the RC 4 in and 2 in bb. I do have 8 adj short arms and a rear track bar drop and an adj front track bar that I redrilled axle location to extend more. I also had to add a t case drop 1 in, and a 3-6 in lift drop pitman arm. I wheel, but would not say that I am extreme. I mean Ihave bounced off trees and used my KOR sliderz and needed the bumper and fender cuts in addition to the discos. My jeeps road manners are better than most of my friends, well intill I put on the bias ply.
All that being said, I am going to swich to the IRO Long arm Iron Y 7 in lift. If you have the 4 in already its not a bad plan to get the parts and then add the arms and springs later. If you dont have it i would go big off the bat, since you are already considering it.
