4.0 wj sluggish at start

my 4.0 recently started to act up, it idles at about 500rpm and when i start to accelerate, it seems to not have any power till about 1500rpm.
i changed my sparkplugs and that didnt solve the problem i was figuring next it could be the fuel filter or clogged injector, anyone help me out.

warmed up or just started it does it, little less when warmed up tho, just seems to have no power until 1500 rpm, i would push the gas petal all the way down and very very slowly it would accelerate until about 1500 rpm it would act normal

Sounds like maybe the fuel filter to me too. Or maybe even more likely, the fuel pump.

In my experience when you have an issue with the o-rings on the injectors it leaks like crazy.... I would guess fuel filter or pump.

i just realized it doesnt seem like a fuel problem, because it seems to be sluggish till 1500rpm, but after that there is no sense of lack of fuel, it runs like it did before.

so i was maybe thinking a throttle positioning sensor or i think its called MAP sensor?

anyone had this problem?
