4.0 start issue

Hey guys

recently im having problems, the 4.0 will start slow

battery is a 2 y old heavy duty mopar, and the alternator works ( i checked both) battery has over 12.6V engine off, and 13.6 stable engine on

battery is clean, and the connectors have 0 dirt and such

its like a "ium, iummmmmm, vrummmmm" , no "foreign" sound to indicate a starter problem, although its not excluded

thing is, my jeep always had a DECENT start, and starting it right up after a shot drive was a PERFECT start ... now its the opposite, if i drive, and start 20-30 min after, its even slower

it kinda started doing this after i cable boosted my uncles jeep liberty .. idk if related or not

any suggestions ? thanks

I'd put a load tester on that battery to rule it out, especially if you started having problems after jumping someone else. My old '97 ZJ couldn't get more than about 2 years out of a battery.
