4.0 Engine??

Hi Guys and gals. This is my 1st post!
Q. Bought my 1st 4X4 3weeks ago from a friend. 97 Grand Cherokee with a 131K on her. All highway miles body is in "Great shape" NO RUST!!!
Things that I did myself.
Brakes & roters all 4 of them.
oil change.
Trans, change ATF 7163
Plugs,cap, roters, wires.
muffler
Diff, Frt&Rear fluid change

Next week Transfer case fluid change(ATF)
What are some things to keep a eye on?
Need tires to, Goodyear on there now. Any recomendation what to buy?

well, do you want beefy off roading tires? or just on/off highway tires? for on/off highway my dad actually just bought a set of Goodyear Wrangler AT/S seem pretty nice...
