3.5" iro kit with 32s rubbing on rocker at half turn

hey was told about this website couple months ago and did lots of reading...blah blah blah. I installed the IRO 3.5 F>R kit plus new rear adj tb new stering stabilizer and 32X11.50 goodyear Wrangler MTRs, my problem is the tires are rubbing on the rocker panel right behind the front wheels after turning wheel 180* either way. I was told i would have to trim bumper? yet tires are not even close:s Ride is awesome no dw or anything really my only problem. Looking for suggestions like new lower adj control arms or something but would'nt that throw my caster off .. is my only choice buying all new front adj. cas? any replies are appreciated will post pics of zj and rubbing tomorow, thanks

lca's would help
other would suggest just trimming a little sheet metal off the back of ur front fender. if ur up to that then by all means go for it

either that or u can just avoid turning all the way

Those tires should rub in more than one spot. Are you flexing it? Disco'd or no? For mallcrawlin you shouldn't have much of a problem except for what you speak of.

re

As for the backspacing its 4" ive got 15x8 steelies not soft 8s ... its rubbing while on flat gravel links connected. As for the trimming i have trimmed a bit but its not rubbing on the fender its on the front side of rocker, very limmited trimming without having to cut rocker corner out and fabbing new piece, lots of bodywork which i hate etc..at that point ill just get new control arms and push wheels 1\2 " ahead or whatever space i need, just curious if anyone is running this setup and have some input..i will post pics up so u can see what im talking about...every search comes up with posts such as: " Will so and so tire fit with so and so lift". thanks for the info so far

I cut the seam off and ground it down flat with the fender. Id like to take credit for learning all this in a matter of weeks but im a liscense mecanic blessed with unlimited access to shop with hoist , torches welder etc.. which helps..thanks tho.
So new lowers it is.. should i get uppers too? Im conserned about pinion angle but if its been done ill give it a shot and go from there
thanks again for the info

Im running just over 4.5" with stock uppers and im fine. Everyones heep is different though but you should be perfectly fine with only lowers.

I've got 6.5" of lift on my WJ and with 33x12.5 on 4" backspaced Soft 8s I had to grab the sawz-all before leaving the garage. I'm going to be flexing it out with the jack to check and see how much more cutting I need to do, and see about relocating my bump stops as well.
