3.5" Coils, IRO vs RE? Thoughts?

Hey guys...I'm thinking of doing the Front to Rear coil swap (I currently have UC Springs and 2" BB pucks).

I've found the IRO's for about $130 shipped and the RE's for $160-$170 shipped. Does anyone have any useful knowledge regarding either of these? Will the IRO's yield the same amount of height as the RE's? I've heard that the RE's will actually give me 4" of lift...I'm trying to figure out which will be best for me. Thanks for the help!!

Bump. This was lost in the abyss known as the 2nd page...never to be seen again.

Seriously though, I'd appreciate any info anyone has on this. Thanks.
