2000 WJ, Loud Clanking Noise When Shifting.

I'm having loud and annoying clanking noise when shifting from P to N,R,D etc..etc...Any suggestions?

neutral as well? if thats the case i dont kno i know my truck used to clank when shiftin to drive or reverse because of a bit of driveline play...
