200 Larado death wobble

Any one know why my 2000 larado goes into a hardcore death wobble when i am decellerating and it comes at about 70 km/hr and goes away at 55km/hr, it happens every time at those speds jus like clockwork

did you apply the brakes, or just put your foot off the gas pedal?

apply the brakes, if u let it coast down it doesnt happen, but i already know it isnt warped roters if thats what ur thinkin

no i am thinking you might have the same proboem as me, that your calipers are not well. I had that when my right caliper was cramping, due to rust. The longer i drove the worse it got. As soon as i braked, and eventually the caliper was braking on its own, making the death wobble occur at speeds over 60 km/h.

i replaced steering dampener and prob is pretty much gone but not completely, so i am now absorbing the problem but not not fixed

I just did SS, pads and rotors all of the way around on the WJ, and all of my DW issues are gone. I too would get DW on hard braking. I would also get it on big bumps. Now it is effectively gone.

it also does when i coast down no brakes applyed, im thinkin maybe valve in steering rack is shot
