20" brake lines long enough for 4.5" lift on a ZJ?

I run 22" with my 5" short arm lift and when the front is disco's and limited out on the shock, I still have lots of slack in them.

Sounds like I shouldn't have a problem then. I don't think I'd ever end up going long arm on this Jeep.

You should be ok. You can also get cheap extentions from summit. I'm gonna do that when I go to 6" with 35s and they end up being too short before (or after) long arms.
