2 transmission coolant lines on the diagram?

I went over to Chrysler to pick up some parts for my grand cherokee laredo inline 6 4.0 liter, but refused to let me buy the 2 parts unless if i bought the radiator along with it. There are two parts 12 and 6(crossed out) i need to know whats the technical term for those parts specifically and where i can buy them.
Thank you. Here is the picture of the diagram.

part #12 does come on the new radiator, I know that because I just picked up a radiator recently. I think the part #6 might be a check valve, not 100% sure. I just redid my entire trans lines on my 5.2L v8 and picked up all the transmission lines from napa. (around $105 for all the lines)
