2.25" budget lift?

for right now instead of spending a boatload of money in the 2.25" lift other than the after installing the plastic spacers and new shocks is there any other modification that has to be done to the suspension and would it comfortably run a 30" tire off roading?

If you're really going to off road it, and have nice fenders/bumpers- extended bump stops

It kind of depends how wide the tire is, and how the rim fits. Stock tires are 29", so 30 isn't much taller. If it's on an 8 inch wide custom wheel that half sticks out of the fenders, then the extended stops come into play because you've got to clear the fender lips.

If it's on a stock rim and the tires aren't very wide, probably don't need the extended stops. They'll tuck up into the fenders and clear the lip

My tires are 30x9 on stock wheels with a 2 inch BB and they look kind of lost in the wheelwells. Go for 31s.

Here's my Zj with 2.25" bb and 235-75-15s I'd like 31s but I have a lot of life in these yet. I didn't bumpstop anything I just extended my rear spring retainer so I don't drop a spring. I didn't disconnect the sway bars for the flex shots. And hopefully you can see the extended spring retainer in the one pic.

Stock rims, no spacers (besides steering stops). 31x10.50's, minor (less then 1") trimmed to lower front bumper,

Forgot to mention I have stock isolaters also,

Big john, two washers in The steering stops should solve your full lock rub! 5min fix
