1999 WJ Sunroof Stuck Open Help

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and the other day the sunroof got stuck half way open when i went to shut it. The Fuse is fine and the Motor sounds like it is getting juice to it. Could a Motor be bad on it already?
