Probably missed it, but i imagine a headlight harness upgrade is a good idea as well, or do these projectors draw less?

No issues with condensation this time around?
Hids are sposed to draw less energy. Havnt popped fuses on my stock wires so it should be fine.

Thanks! I have an upgraded wiring harness as the draw at ignition is more than OE wires can sometimes handle. Both in terms of voltage making it to the bulb for ignition and in terms of fire hazards. It varies though I'm sure.

No condensation issues at the moment, no. I think that may have been caused from the paint I was using last go around.

If you got thick lexan like a half inch and milled it tothe configeration of the oe lens { including the curved corners} then polished it would that work or be acceptable? I'm just wondering if it would even be possible.

Best output photos so far. These are with my Nikon D2x, ON my Bogen-Manfrotto tripod. The first couple series are all the same settings:

Really nice work, if you start making the retrofits for sale and make them without the flat plexiglass, but with a normal clear lens, you could sign me up for a set!:-)

I can definitely make some kits for people if they want. Since I'm not a company I'd have to have waivers signed acknowledging that they are not DOT approved, "for off-road use only", etc. You know how it goes lol. I'll talk to my buddy and we will discuss pricing and time. Also need to check with my co-worker on the OE lens situation.

If you do get this off the ground you'll need to pm Keith about a vendor account.
