My expirience with Rusty's track bar is this. On my old 95 I ordered it because it was less expensive. When it came I noticed that it wasn't that beefy and the threads were stripped where the tie rod end went so I sent it back. They sent me the same bar back and all they did was re tap the threads. I put it on and tightened it down and it promptly ripped in two on the test drive. I am very fortunate that I was only up the street from my house and not on a freeway. I won't put any of Rusty's garbage on my truck. I am not the only one this has happened too. There was a tj roll over from a blown Rusty's TB. Just cheap junk with crappy customer service.
I ordered a KOR TB and it was twice as heavy and thick as the junk one.

I have a rustys lift on a trail rig I bought. The only experience I have with rustys is this. I can say that as I took it apart for mods, repair, and cleaning, it's way lighter material than I would have built it from. I will not buy anything else from them, though what I have hasn't failed yet. Also having thoroughly inspected what I bought I will not be doing 80 down the freeway in this rig. No way.

If you go with them get the double sheer. You will want it later anyways and end up spending extra on the conversion kit. It's a really stout bar and you will notice a difference when you drive.

YES! Iron Rock Double Shear Track Bar for the win! It helped cure my DW along with a OME Steering Stablizer. Both were worn out.

My next question before I rip apart my dash and mess with the blender: My operating temp is maxing out at about 175ish. Is that low enough to be causing my heat to be luke warm ? Also, operating temp for 4.0L is 210, right ?

Is it blowing a lot of air, just cool? Or is it low on volume as well.

Air flow is fine, I'm pretty sure it's got a 165 thermostat in it. I'll pop in a 195 this weekend.

YES. I have it, it's a great piece. I didn't have DW, but it got rid of my bumpsteer.

And are you from somewhere in New England by any chance? Whenever I hear anyone say "wicked", I think they're from MA.
