1996 Jeep grand cherokee problems

I have a 1996 jeep grannd cherokee 4.0L that idles low and feels like its going to cut off when i put it in drive or reverse. It idles fine in N and park, i changed the spark plugs/wires, fuel filter, and took the throttle body off and cleaned it to a shine but not fixing my problem, anyone out there that can help me?
