So I'm trying this rustoleum deck liner that I saw at Home Depot. It looked a lot like my bedliner but more coarse and uv resistant. I'm about to paint it on the door as a test, just have to wash it with mineral spirits first.

Even though that liner was designed for decks and driveways, I am EXTREMELY impressed with it. It's super thick and super coarse and honestly I love it. It turn out amazing.

Prep work. 60 grit sand paper.

Finished product.

I'm going to have to hurry up and pull off the herculiner and put this stuff on! Or I could paint over, it seemed to bond well, what do you think? Pull off or paint over?

That course textured paint does not clean up easy and looks terrible dirty.

Holy crap haha I was thinking somewhere around 100 :P and it's dirty because I haven't washed it in a while. The deck liner cleans up real nice and isn't porous so there's another advantage

Quality doesn't need to be expensive either.
