1994 Zj Crunchy Drivetrain. Post-trans Pre-axle.

I have a 1994 Jeep grand cherokee limited with a crunch in the drivetrain
I've been at this problem a while so let me start at the beginning.

Three years ago I got bigger tires (31") but did'nt get spacers until about six months ago (yeah I'm a deuchbag). So I ****ed something up with the whole wheels rubbing the coils springs too many times scenario.

So sometimes when I backup out of my driveway toward the passenger side I get this really loud crunching noise. I've checked and checked again to make sure it's not just the wheels rubbing the unibody or skiritng. It dosn't happen every time.
I also sometimes get a similar but not as noticable crunch from the rear of the vehicle when in reverse toward the driver side.

If I make a U-turn to the left it feels like something is catching in the drivetrain, it rolls but there is a steady rhythmic hang-up, and it feels like it's going to break.

I recently used to get a loud "click" from the front right suspension, this turned out to be that the tube inside the passenger side track bar bearing had cracked in half long ways and was making a cricket sound when the bolt inside would move around. (I wonder if the other trackbar bearing is messed up too?)

I've replaced the power steering gear, the ball joints, the front wheel hubs, the steering shaft is fine, the propeller shafts are fine...

I recently had my passenger cv axle blow out totally loosing all the bearings and tearing the boot (yay lifetime warranty), but after replacing both cv axels it still sounds the same.

Kinda getting borred with the troubleshooting process. I'm down to either the front differential, u-joints, or the transfer case has something f'ed up.

This got much better when I greased the front propeller shaft. I'm not sure if it was the only problem but it sure did change things.
