1994 GC Steering Column Cover Question

Okay, I just bought a 1994 Jeep GC and the ignition cylinder needs to be replaced (I knew this at time of purchase). I got one from Autozone, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the steering column cover without breaking it. Looking underneath there are a couple of holes, but when shining a flashlight there, all I see is the bottom of two bolts/screws. I know this is probably going to be a simple solution, but feeling a bit like "Rain Man" right now. It is the 4.0L Tilt Steering with Airbag. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Also, just to add, if anyone can answer some other "questions":

Radio doesn't power on...already checked fuses
Computer Display in center console keeps flashing "Rear Lamp Disabled" (or some such message and the rear brake lights work fine)

Seriously considering just going back to my CJ5 or '47 Willys....bleh

there are 3 bolts that you remove from the bottom. I think 2 are torx and one is flat. There is also a tilt adjuster on the left side of the column near the dash. This is threaded, and you just spin it to remove it. After this the cover should just slide off.

for the rear lamp failure check and make sure all 4 brake light bulbs are working and the right bulbs. The wrong bulb can cause the VIC (center computer thing) to think a bulb is messed up.

for the radio I would replace the ignition first and see if that fixes it. There is a switch in the ignition and maybe it became messed up

Okay, got the cover off, and changed the ignition cylinder. But, I didn't check for a switch for the radio, have to do that tommorrow. I'll change the bulbs. Also, a common enough problem cropped up today. Looks like the OFA and Rear Seal are going/gone...got a nice puddle in the driveway of slick black Texas Tea. Got the parts...whopping $39.00 and plan on changing all that out. There's enough guides here to get it done...Search is my friend. Thanks for the response. I'll check for that switch and see if that fixes the radio. Post more later.
