1993 Limited Power windows, overhead display, HVAC all not working. HELP!

Alright, my jeep's been on jacks in the shop for the last three months. I haven't started it or had a battery hooked up to it for that time. I finally got my jeep done and driving and now my windows will not go down, my overhead display doesn't turn on, along with my heater not turning on. None of the digital display's work. I've checked all the fuse's and found one broken wire in my door harness but fixed it to no avail. Has anyone had this problem? I need my windows! haha or at least AC. Thanks!
