1993 grand cherokee wont start

i replaced the starter, starter relay, and ignition switch but its still not starting. every thing in the jeep will turn on but when i turn the key to start it nothing happens.
I hear that the neutral start switch would cause it not to start and and if so i need to know if there is a way to test it and figure out if it went out or not.

Its a 1993 grand cherokee 4x4 with a stock automatic transmission if that helps at all..
