15" with 4.5" backspace and 12.5" wide 33" tires. Rub?
The local shop has 4 15" rims for $180 but the backspacing is 4.5" will that be too much.

i think they will, but some extra trimming should help, if they rub on your CAs, then perhaps some new wheels? or spacers?

I think you would be fine with those wheels. I would look for ones wirh 4" backspacing first though. Theres probably a big O tires or discount tires in your area right? I bought my tires at discount tires with 4" backspacing for 46 bucks each.

They will rub at around steering lock on the swaybars.

4 to 3.75 inch backspacing fo 33 inch tires.
Any less than that and they will rub.
I already went through tire fitment issues in the XJ but
was fine on the ZJ after following the suggestions.
