You can easily find some wheels and tires off craigslist for cheap.. then you can get something else too.
Look into rock sliders, they are the most important mod you can put on your vehicle (that is if you have any money left over)

agreed, if you are looking for standard all season, just go craigslist. you can prob get tires on rims, then use one set of rims for winter. i note you are in Mt Airy, so with the colder temperatures and some snow, you would definitely benefit from winter tires. the second set of rims would make this super easy. i would love a set of your michelin ltx...

It was ~$1200 for my wheels and tires. I got 4 BFGoodrich KM1 33x12.50x15 with 15x8 black steel wheels with 4" backspacing back in May 2008. I added the 5th tire not to long ago which brought the total up to ~$1500.

I would do some 16x8 Black Rock wheels and some 265/75-16 General Grabber AT2 tires. Perfect combo, and you could do that for less than $1,000

If you never offroad it, then some BFG AT's. If you offroad it, then some MT/R's with kevlar.
