02' Front Passenger Window Problems

I'm a TJ guy so these fancy electric windows are unknown to me. My buddy has a 2002 Grand Cherokee with a window that won't roll up. He was rolling the window down and it just slid down. The motor still works but the window will not roll back up. Any diagnoses and how to fix would be appreciated. If you need more info I can get it. Thanks in advance.

There is a roller clip that fails on the regulator. The factory will try and sell you the whole assembly. I went and stole the clip from a junkyard but there is someone that was selling aluminum upgrade pieces here. Run a search and you should be able to find it.
