Thanks for a quick reply! I'm a little bit new to Jeeps,, do you know if this would work in a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo? and Is the ring gear still on it?

Yes the ring gear is on there and I have the pinion. Not sure if it'll work in yours. I have a TJ Wrangler. As long as it's a Dana 30 I don't see why it wouldn't. But you may want to ask around and make sure

According to a source I found on the internet, I would need a measurement of the pinion gear shaft. It seems there's a standard and a longer one they used in the Cherokees. Hope you still have it. Thanks again

From the end of the gear to the end of the threads is 7 inches. Shaft itself from behind gear to end of threads is 5 1/2 inches. Hope this helps
