I have all that, and I will raise you working interior lights (and lenses under the dash), a working rear wiper AND defroster! Heck, I even have a working underhood light!

Noise in a YJ!!! Something must be wrong with mine. I am deaf in one ear and can't hear in the other.

Just turn up the tunes!!! Great rock out for those three hour drives to the trail.

My Jeep is a full soft top and soft doors. At highway speeds 65-70mph (yes it will go that fast w/ the tach setting on 2k) the doors tend to pull out from the frame therefore crap loads of whistles and windows flappin. Not to mention that the top flutters and slaps the top frame (yes the top is tight). Rattles .. 2 ammo cans of tools, I stuffed them under the back seat a couple of days ago which helped quiet that down. But, still have my breaker bar (lug wrench) right beside the drivers seat. A 3 cell maglight to my left on the floor. Sockets in the glove box. But tools are not really Jeep related (but can be needed). The exhaust rattles against the skid plate sometimes, 2.5" pipe is a cram for space without making really tight bends. Until I replaced/tightened the bolts to the tail gate .. it rattled. Because of the PO installing a 3" BL, the shifter used to hit the body in 2nd, 4th & R, A hammer massaging the metal addressed that. Someday when funds allow I'll put a suspension lift in and remove the BL. The new rattle today?? Lifter ticking ...

As Yoda once said: "Be one with the force" ... the YJ force

My interior lights work. The only thing that I don't have is the under hood light. I do not believe mine came with one. There isn't even a plug for it. My rear defrost works. The rear window strut rods work to. Rear door sags a little. But that was because I had a 33" on it before I built my tire carrier and bumper.

I have a socket for the under hood light but never have found a pressure switch or what would turn it on and off when you open/ close. so I never took the time to put a bulb in it

The under hood light assembly is mercury switch.

When you open the hood, a small amount of mercury sloshes back an completes the circuit turning the light on. Once closed, the light goes out. Replace the bulb, use dielectric grease, and it should work.

When you can drop $500 on it tomorrow and it will all be for maintenance.

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.

It is nice that here in AZ rust's spread is slowed, although since I have a NE YJ, I am still going to eventually have to get a new frame. Maybe I will be able to find a frame from a '95.

this.

you know you drive a YJ when the rustyness/quality of your frame is ALWAYS questionable
