Probably been used before but when driving you flip on your wipers to clear off the dirt and streaks that the suns glare is catching just right, you actually say "****it that's on the inside."

Mine broke six months after I got it, and it's still not fixed.. Window down driving is daily for me.... Even in winter, I'll still roll my window down to open because I don't care.
