YKYDAYJ when honda civics want to race you from light to light egging you on, it squeals on startup speeds off, then screeches tires at the next light, here you come perfectly coasting to the light, turns green, the car takes off and skids to a stop at a little patch of dirt, you just hum right over it and continue on with your day.

Oh I lose out during 1st->2nd transition, I need to have the tranny and gears looked at though, something just doesn't feel right, can't put my finger on it though. Tops out at 50, can't go no faster unless downhill with wind going my way, but I've heard that was normal.

Going to run the physical drivetrain rotation test to approximate the gear ratio, I just feel like the PO really messed it up. We'll see.

When you walk out from the store and say to yourself "I still own a Jeep right?" thinking it became stolen

I was having a similar problem once I put it in fifth I started to loose speed. But when I changed the stock muffler I realized it was clogged and now I can go 75 maybe 80 with a tailwind with stock gears.

just so happens I'll be taking it by a buddy that works in a muffler shop tomorrow so he can take a look at it.

YKYDAYJ when a little clog means the difference from 50-70 top speed.
