LMAO!
When people ask where your spare tire, rear seat, interior, powering steering, emergency brake, horn and A/C are and you just reply “I don’t know. It didn’t come with that…” When your significant other complains because the YJ has been jacked up in the MIDDLE of your two car garage for a month and they’ve been having to park the ’07 Acura outside If Quadratec’s ever delivered nine packages to your house in a day If you’ve ever spent two weekends and a few hundred dollars “repairing” the YJ just to realize you’re out of gas…. but you aren't mad because all of that stuff needed to be replaced anyway! When you're driving at night and still wave to other Jeeps, even though they can't see you... (and then your girlfriend says,"you know they can't see you right?"
Or... You're driving another car, and you wave at a Jeep that passes by and you look at your passenger and say "They know."

![]() You know you drive a YJ: ...when you rip out the carpet to replace it with new...stare at it for 10 minutes...then decide it looks better without it! ...when you drive any other vehicle and think it's weird that you're not constantly checking the oil pressure, temp, and voltage guages.

Even after your mx6 became a daily driver, your friend tells you your a slow driver, but thinks it because your use to thinking your jeep is going to tip over.
just happened the other day.

Man that fits me to a "T". I actually have started making a habit of putting my hand on the door striker when getting in just to remind me it's there. I had one pair that the loop didn't break and almost ripped the whole seat out of my britches.

Owning a YJ is justification for lots of cool tool acquisitions
You only THOUGHT you had plenty of room in the 2 car garage.
