^or when you keep a keychain flashlight; a small 2AA battery flashlight in the cupholder; plus a big maglight in between the driver's seat and body.....

you own an early YJ when the guys at autozone (or napa; or whatever) 1.) know you by name because of you're weekly trips 2.) have you listed in the computer as owning 12 different vehicles because of all hte stuff it takes to make your 258 run like it should....

You don't rely on the gas guage, but your odometer to know (sort of) when to go to for a fill up. But, just in case, you have a full gas can in the back end.

Finishing a 4.0 Cyl.head swap, Just got an AX-15 NP231J combo to replace the busted t-case and craptacular BA10/5. Adding Nutter bypass. Probably more to come before it is back as a DD!

when you have to turn off your windshield wipers at stop lights because they make that dry blade on dry glass noise.... then when green you turn them up again

you alot "drive time" to any were you go. if it takes some one 30 min in a car.......make it and hour in the jeep
