You know you drive a YJ when the owners manual that came with the car is almost mandatory to read and is actually helpful. ....or it could just be me lol

When you buy your wife a TJ and she prefers the ride so much that you suddenly have unlimited use of your YJ again! Well worth the investment.

AT LEAST THE VIN # IS RIGHT, TAG #, and sticker #'s, that is good enough for me.

I wanted to go back inside so I could get the correct spelling on my JEEP, but was ready to go home at the time, it sucks enough being there the first time.

You know you drive a YJ when :
Putting a simple lift kit in leads you to find out your headers are cracked, your fuel lines are ****** and theres more rust then metal.
Gotta love a Jeep

When all you no longer need a wrench and socket to take things apart just a drill and tap!

when your mom tells you that when you finish the swap your gonna need to either demobilize it or insure it so some damn kid doesnt steal it, and yor responce is "who ever said it was gonna start when im done? and who do you think is dumb enough to steal my jeep, i would give them a discount on buying it if they wernt missing a nessasary amount of blood by the time they got it started, mom you know im crazy right?"
this was followed by silence while made a sammich

...the Jeep won't start unless you give the starter a good whack first. I just chalk it up to being a unique anti-theft device.

I agree with the simple lift kit........turned into brake shoes, brake lines, every bushing known to man . You trade your sockets for a torch.

That torch came in handy on those bastard lug nuts. They guy before me must of screwed the one lug up when putting the tire on. Took 3 hours to get the one tire off. In the end we had to drill it out
