I use to be able to hit 80, but now i have vibes around 65. I need to take a closer look at my drive shaft angles or get an alignment check.

...when you are actually on the lookout for broken down fellow YJists...and it makes your day if you help one.

This is where Jeeps first caught my attention.

when after a month on jackstands and seeing jeeps all over the place while driving your dad's lifted f150 you finally get to drive your jeep around and you scan the horizon looking for a jeep.. but yet never find one to wave to. =/

You know you drive a YJ in Guatemala because you`re the only one waving and all other owners stare at you asking what the heck was that......:brickwa ll (even other YJ`s)

you'd be surprised with what you can actually pull off, my parents pulled up next to me on a double wide one time and swear that I was going 95, note this is in a 4 banger with 31's and stock gears

When your friends dont believe your jeep can go above 80... so you have your passenger take a picture.

With the larger tire offset that more like 90.

When there is one bump going to school or work that makes you white knuckle the steering wheel and brace for impact.

when you refer to your 4 cyl as the four hamsters of the apocalypse and people wonder if you have a v8.

hen in the lot of the local big five your friend decides to suspension test your jeep by rocking it back and forth an you notice a squeek that you had only heard from the inside at speed and take the time to hunt it down and hit it with a half can of wd40. po put in polyurthane bushings without zerk fittings......

You know you drive a YJ when Sully calls you to pull his plane out of the drink!
