well the important thing is your still breathing so i guess your still alive. it can be fixed. i would scrap the cage and windsheild frame to get some cash then hit up junk yards for a new windsheild frame. i would build a new cage but you could salvage some of yours. it sucks for you but at the end of the day your alive so thats what matters. good luck with it man and keep on truckin

Thanks guys, iam fine i hit my head on the ground when i was upside down but thats nothing compared to what can happed at 50 mph. I dont think i can bould up a new windsheild frame if you look closely around that aera on the passengers side you can see where the cowl buckeld and bent so a new wont bolt up. I will be buying it back and stripping parts from it. Apperntly a friend of mine has a yj with good body, bad engine that he will let go for only 500 bucks. I will have to see about this.

well i found another yj. its somewhere between a 87-90 i talked to his brother who didnt know, the good: hard top hard doors, absolutly no rust, 6 cyclinder, very little body damage. the bad: been repainted professionally but looks bad, tailgate dented AUTO transmisson(this will nhave to go) and the drivers seat is bad. iam gonna check it out today.

Man I feel bad for all that you went through, but at least your okay. Nie Jeep and sounds like you have a good donor. By the way, where do you keep finding these YJ's without any rust?

the exact reason i dont personally trust the "bolt in" front cage additions...
glad to hear/see YOU are ok though, that is the only important thing here. if you need me to bend you up some front sections of cage, let me know ok? like i said, i am just glad you are ok. too many times the innocent party ends up with major injuries, glad this isnt the case here. the jeep can be rebuilt, you cant! keep us posted mate! martin
