What gauge steel did you use for the flat parts, and what diameter tubing?

Don't know what gage but it was 1/8". Tube was 1.25 with .120 wall.

Just FYI, 10 ga is the closest to 1/8".
I used 12 ga all the flat metal for my tube fenders.

Hey Ashland, did you ever figure out a shock for 6" of lift? you talked about doing that on your thread since you couldn't get max flex with the other shocks

I actually did find shocks for the rear but never went threw with it and forgot to save the info. As for the front, these might be the longest stock production shocks they make with the mounting that we need. I'll find the rear shocks again though.

Hey man, maybe it would be better to PM you about this but I was talking to a guy about getter a bender today to make some fenders. He asked what I wanted to bend, pipe or tubing? isn't it all the same haha. i'm sure that it is pretty simple to bend "pipe". He seemed like he was making a big deal out of something easy. just get it from the steel yard right?

Pipe, what I used isn't as strong as tube(DOM) so some benders have a hard time bending tube. There is nothing wrong with using pipe though as long as the wall is thick enough. My tube fenders, made from pipe, have proved there self time and again. My uncle uses pipe, thick wall, in his race car roll cage and it takes a beating. He's rolled it, smashed it, never has the pipe failed or bent.
