Having a bit of the same problem Again but not quite. Now when I pull to a light and sit for a few, she just shuts off. Like she isn't getting fuel or something. I'm going to try taking the throttle body off and giving it a real good cleaning tonight.

Also when jm driving about 25-30 mph she kicks back like it wants to staul.

do you still have the old intake? was it hard to put on? maybe try swapping back and see if the new parts are the issue?

hmmmm il have to give that a shot maybe this weekend.... for the time being, i took apart the throttle body cleaned it out and the IAC as well... clean as can be now... the jeep hasnt stalled out yet, but i do notice sometimes when sitting idle that it drops to low RPM like it wants to kick off but it doesnt... im going to also change the fuel filter...

I may be way off here. I vaguely remember a while back reading another post where someone had put the manifold gasket on backwards. Can't find it now though. You sure the intake and exhaust manifolds are bolted up good and the gasket is in place correctly? I can't imagine that adding an intake and replacing the exhaust manifold would cause these issues.

Troubleshoot it, dont throw parts at it. First look at codes:

As far as it just shutting off, does it instantly go off or does the rpm "fade". Can you keep it running with your foot on the gas? The symptom of the rpm immeadiately going to 0 and dropping out is typical of a bad crank sensor. Check your codes and watch what happens with the rpm when the event happens. The crank sensor gives you the rpm and when it cuts out the rpm will immeadiately drop.

Also get that intake vacuum hose hooked back up. It can cause weird stuff to happen with even the smallest line unhook or capped off.

Do not use starter fluid to check for vacuum leaks. Too flammable and could cause baldness on face and head.

Use carb cleaner and spray at possible leaks. If idle goes up you have a vacuum leak.

Man I was just cruising at 25 and it stalled out while I was driving Im at a loss for words lol. I really wanna say my fuel filter or fuel pump because I dont lose power....

It sounds like your coil or your crank position sensor. Watch the rpm and see if they drop immeadiately. It sounds like a classic CPS.

Check your codes first! If the codes say there is something wrong then you always deal with them first, you should always have 12,33,55.
