yj questions

got a few questions for ya guys. i've got a 87 yj with the 4.2 and an auto
tf999 tranny.

the tf999 is a chrysler product. will a chrysler motor bolt up to it with the prooper bell housing ? was an idea to swap in a dodge power plant and if i can get around adapter prices that would be nice.
when it comes time to replace my tranny what models of cryslers came with the tf999 that i could swap in ?

will a 4.0 starter work on a 4.2 ?

thanks guys
