I think most of us enjoy looking at the monthly entries.
At least there are ten nice guys vs one jerk on this thread.
Dont take him seriously, he spouts off on Pirate all the time too.
Must not have a job and daddy bought his jeep for him.
Sorry you lost your boyfriend, tinseltoe, but don't take it out
on the nice guys.

A lot of people volunteered already, there was a volunteer thread last month. I assume a couple were selected to do it.

grow up or move on. do you realize how immature and pathetic your post is? what are we in middle school here? this is a GD post clogging up YJ tech. It's only new guys that post junk like this in a technical section.

I know you are but what am......

Wow, must all be men. I feel embarrassed to read this stuff. Every time I read a thread there is someone on it like this. Good thing I also have a 4runner so I can at least get away from this for a bit.

Instead of blaming each other and complaining about what was said we try to fix this. There isnt a YJ of the month thread yet this month because? Anyone know why? If there was people selected to do it where are they at? Let's just figure out what exactly the problem is, then find possible solutions, and then we pick one and stick with it, whether the nanny crew comes along or not.

yes. an exception the moderators made. They are mods they can make them.

imagine how much crap would be in YJ tech if everyone started making their own exceptions to the rules. It would be a garbage forum of selfish jackwagons just posting what every they wanted. It is selfish and short sighted to post not tech in tech.

I will always point out not tech threads because they negatively affect the quality of YJ tech.

This entire thing needs to move to GD.

this is the BEST jeep forum on the net as far as most are concerned....

I agree, the contest takes upa lot of someones free time, if its here GREAT enter if not.. ASSUME something came up and the mod cant find the time to do it...

Yes it would be great to hve it consistant. but sometimese life happens....

That being said Im sure someone on here could step in IF the mods allow and donate some time to babysit it....

Okay guys - here's the deal for this month in case you wanted to know....

Yes, its time consuming, but not just that. I have been busy taking care of family matters and run the contest by myself. Yes, in the past there were some volunteers, but those volunteers (for whatever reasons) decided not to help out.

I have had three family emergencies in the last few weeks. My Dad had major brain surgery and his chances were slim to none, my cousin died last week, and another family member is currently on her deathbed with cancer with a matter of days left in her life. She's on a morphine drip if that tells you anything.

Dealing with the above matters, along with running my business by myself, has taken most of my time. Plus, chipping in here when I can.

I'll keep you updated when I get the next one going.

Joe,

I view YJOTM as a just for fun thing as a way to see other members rigs. Whenever you are able to start the next one I'm sure we can find volunteers to help. Just let us know.

I'm sorry to hear about your family. I hope all goes well.

Really? This is exactly what I was talking about.

#1 This is TECH not pimp my ride etc... Yes YJOTM is posted in tech, but this isn't the place to whine about it not being up, see #2

#2 If you have a question about it ASK THE GUY RUNNING IT

#3 Act your age and not like a Jr. High student

#4 I never post on Pirate so spout your stupid **** somewhere else.
