Is the drag link and tie rod supposed to be parallel? Because the drag link is on an angle to the pitman arm.

How much of angle? Under 10 degrees or over?

I would definitely say more than 10 degrees. The drag link needs to go up to the pitman arm. But it has always been like this I'm pretty sure.
