What would be good compression and rebound valve rates? And what would be good spring rates to start with? Should I go with triple rate or stick with dual?

Also what size shock should I get? How much would a 16" shaft help over a 14" and would a 2" shock body with no rezzy be enough for crawling and maybe some decently fast driving on some rough dirt roads? If not what should I go with?

Sorry to ask so many questions at once, I just want to have a general idea of what I should be looking for.
