I tried unplugging them and no change at all, only does it under load like with the heat/ac on. Its gets really bad when cruising at around 55mph. Cleaned throttle body and replaced plugs and o2 sensor im tired of throwing parts at it.

Thats wierd man. So with heat or AC off it is fine? Mine runs like a top now with 184k. I like these engines and they have a 4l60e behind them. I cruised 90-95mph back from Phoenix and still got over 20 mpg.

Doing 90-95? probably about 8mpg.

With correct gears it will do well. Mine does low 20s with 33s/4.10s and the 4 speed auto. 1950rpm @ 65... poifect

Not always if im sitting there letting it idle its fine but as soon as I raise the rpms it starts to miss, and wont go above 3k like yours, but I was under the impression that was a safety feature. Its been like that as long as I can remember, but the miss has been going on for over a month and not getting any worse. I've tried almost everything except replace coils.

I agree, you'd think the rev limiting would be caused by a limp mode from a code being thrown. Are you sure there is no code or there is just no "service engine soon" light? You definitely want to know a coil is bad before you replace it. $80 a piece at Napa/Carquest. The dealership wanted $218

Yea no code I have one of those obdII code readers with an app on my phone and I monitor it frequently no thrown codes just a drop in rpm while driving I just need to do dome more research on what everything else means on the diag on the reader. I even started a thread on trailvoy.com and no one seems to know what to fix either. Everyone just tells me to clean the tb and change plugs.

I don't have a GM, but my F250 started missing sporadically in the cold weather. It threw no idiot lights at me, but I scanned it anyway and there was a code that gave me cyl 2. i swapped the coils around to see if I could get the miss to change and it did about a month later. There was a hairline crack in the coilpack and it only caused a miss in cold temps. No idiot light does not mean its not throwing a code.

Same here, I find it that the Media had to inform people how to live. However it is just common sense ! Oh wait common sense is not very common anymore ! Thus another reason I belive we should have to take IQ, and put people in certain scenarios to test their ability to survive and think on multiple levels before they are allowed to vote or breed .

What exactly are you wanting to know? The AX15 is geared a hair lower but they are pretty close. Check out the knowledge section on Novaks website.

Look pretty entertaining. Doubt it will be as good as the first one though. Hard to proceed without Leonidas.
