So...

I am thinking of getting myself a Samsung Galaxy s4 smart phone for Christmas.

Anybody with input?

I looked at the iPhone, and it is just tooooo $. If I could get a 4s at a good price, I would. The 5c is just too...colorful for me and the 5s is big money.
So, the next choice is the Samsung s4. Perhaps the active version, it is water/ shock resistant.

I have the Galaxy Note 3. Basically a big version of the S4. I love it. Awesome camera and 1080p video when uploaded through USB 3.0

Just a newer USB port. I was told that it has blue on the front instead of the white or black that you usually see. My desktop is old so I dont have them.

Here is an interesting thing...

The Denver police issue a report on the top 10 stolen cars in Denver.

3 of the top 10 most stolen cars in Denver are Jeeps.

10-Wrangler
4-Grand Cherokee
3- Cherokee

2 Honda
1-Honda.

If I'm not mistaken, San Diego used to have a similar list to that one. Sure are a lot of Wranglers in Mexico now. Nice ones too.

Re: phones: I have the Iphone5. I like it a lot but I'm not a phone person that much. I always just wanted a really good camer with a phone built into it. Somebody makes one now, forgot who.
If you surf the web a lot, and like Macs, Iphone. If you like windows, go with one of the others. I like the IOS on my phone but I use Windows on all my computers.
It's a matter of personal taste and budget. They all take 1080p video now, have great resolution screens, and are pretty simple to use. Everybody has an opinion on which is best, but usually people won't bag on the phone they chose even if they don't like it.
