I hate, hate mud!!

Haha you're welcome man! I like playing in the mud, but as soon as it's over, I hate it. I still haven't cleaned mine up from Saturday's wheeling...

cheers

Well my revo just stripped the spur gear not even 10 min after I got the carb tuned in.. D:
It has a lot of rolling resistance now.. any reason for this? Im stumped...ima take it apart and try and adjust the brakes a little..

Only 2 things I can think would have caused it was the engine/trans shifted and threw the gear mesh out of wack. Or the brake being to tight causing the drive train to bind up.. :/
Tom did you/have you ran steel spur gears? Or should I stick with the 4 dollar plastic one and get an extra sinc it will be my first time setting a gear mesh and slipper clutch.

Well onto something else. I really want a drop down cj style tailgate, but I also want to keep my YJ too. So, what I want to know is is it possible for someone to put a tailgate opening mechanism from a older style (60's-70's) tailgate handle on it so I can open it from outside, maybe even integrate a lock so I can lock it... Just a thought.

I've seen the stock yj latch reused and just the hinges swapped so the stock gate can fold down.

I kinda sorta want to see an older trucks handle on it, maybe add a lock to it?
I just feel that it would go with the tailgate and not add much bulk to the backside so you can did in it or what not, you know?

I use these draw latches - I got the idea from a guy on here somewhere, they're from mcmaster.com
