Well onto something else. I really want a drop down cj style tailgate, but I also want to keep my YJ too. So, what I want to know is is it possible for someone to put a tailgate opening mechanism from a older style (60's-70's) tailgate handle on it so I can open it from outside, maybe even integrate a lock so I can lock it... Just a thought.

I've seen the stock yj latch reused and just the hinges swapped so the stock gate can fold down.

I use these draw latches - I got the idea from a guy on here somewhere, they're from mcmaster.com

Well I'm doing a school project right now and well I ran out of glue... And I just happened to hae RTV sitting next to the computer.. So I decided to use a nice glob and spread it around using my finger and whadya know, it works just like glue... Go figure huh?
