I have no problem taking care of bidness, but I wish I could help out more often. My phone holds me back from making long detailed posts and my build thread isn't progressing.

I wish I had two YJs. I want build two different ones lol.

Build 1:
4:1 t-case,
2" lift
1" BL/MML
Flat skid
Locked F/R
32" MTs
Done
Bust that one out for most wheeling trips, just to grind the gears of every overbuilt, panty waste JK owner I have to deal with constantly. For the "Why is this hard for you?" factory. "My almost Stock YJ can chew this trail up!" Thrills. And to challenge myself on some of the harder trails around with a relatively low and underbuilt Jeep.

Build 2
v8
Atlas
60/44 locked f/r
37s
5.5" lift
Flat tummy
Stretched 12"
Bust this out to do some serious crawling and technical stuff. Really blow up some rocks. But there are only maybe 4-5 local trails that I could even enjoy wheeling something like that on...

Or I guess there is the more reasonable
Build 2.1
4:1 t-case
44/44 locked f/r
3.5" lift
1" BL/MML
TT
35s
Full cloaks
There are plenty of trails to use this on around here, but most of my club lives in the 4" and 33s land (TJs) and 4" and 35-37s (JKRs), and we most often run trails that are mid range. Certain trails like Meatgrinder, Top Ripper, Upper and Lower Carnage, Upper and Lower Gatekeeper, and Two Headed Dragon are pretty gnarly and live up to their names, and are generally considered to require 35s+ and at least 1 locker. I was able to get my last YJ through them all on 33s open/open with some really good driving and spotting.

Granted those trails have changed in the last few months due to some severe flooding (much harder now!) but I'm almost wondering if I could get a YJ through on 32s lol. Cause if I could....

But then I want to start running trails in Moab and the Rubicon once a year each (at least.) And a smaller jeep would hold me back there...But I wheel here at least once a week.

Thus, I need two Yjs! Lol. Or to make up my damn mind and just start throwing $$$ at the damn thing haha!

Cheers
