Hahaha I take the fun out of everything, just ask my wife and kids. But it wasn't funny to me, especially since one of my activites stated was, SCREWING. LOL

and ofcourse there is the Beer................
I got that neat set-up myself, bone taken from the hip and added to the spine along with a slice-o-cadaver bone to fill the gap. Now the two above it are failing from the burden. Being overweight is nowhere near an option for me. I will do everything in my power to not have that surgery again including changing hobbies, career, etc. I went from racing moto to this Jeep thing we enjoy. I had to trade my tools (which was devastating to me) for a management job. Fortunately I was able to stay in my same company, field and yard. Very fortunate.

Better get this figured out now kiddo, you have a long road ahead of you and if you are packing pounds now you are going to make it very hard on yourself. Now is the time to develop good habits as they will become your norm later.

Right?
Worth every penny and every bit of time you put into it.
My older kids were certified a 12yo. If they can do it so can you.
My 11yo is bugging the crap out of me because he wants to go diving. I taught him how to buddy breath and clear his mask under water, as well as what all the equipment is and how it works. Explained pressures and decompression to him, told him everything he could do wrong to injure or kill himself, how to clear early and often, etc... He's ready now but he can't take the test until next May. So, pool dives for him until then.
Once you get bit by the diving bug, you will do it for the rest of your life.
